Cooking – Root to Stalk with Heather Artripe

Have you heard of Root to Stalk cooking? It is the art of using the entire vegetable. Those carrot tops, zucchini tops, roots, ends, and everything in between can be delicious and used in your creative cooking. In this class we will be discussing and using the entire vegetable to create tasty dishes.
