Please note that full coverage liability insurance which indemnifies Tri Cycle Farms, will be required before holding any event that includes alcohol consumption, ride-type attractions such as bounce houses or slides, and any other activity that could incur injury to any guest.
We request that there is one responsible adult present for every five children attending who are under 12 years of age. Parking for up to 50 cars is available across Garland at Trinity Methodist church, so carpooling is advisable. Tri Cycle Farms can accommodate up to 500 guests, but for events with more than 100 attendees, please contact the Event Coordinator at 479-935-9357 to discuss event and parking details.
A 50% deposit is required for booking purposes and is due 7 business days after an e-mail confirmation. Full payment for events is due 30 days after the issue of an invoice. In the case of unfavorable weather, we will provide you with an option to reschedule. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. All income received from special events supports our operations and programs. Thank you for your support!
