The Kitchen Apothecary with Jenny Dietzel

This class is designed to teach participants about the herbal medicines typically found in the average kitchen and in kitchens across the world. Things like garlic, ginger and turmeric are wonderful healing helpers and are not only helping in acute instances of discomfort or disease, but are helping others reduce their needs for prescription medication. We will outline ideas for when to use them, how to use them and how much is considered an effective amount.
Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:00 am at Tri Cycle Farms (1705 N. Garland Ave. Fayetteville, AR 72703). Please park across the street at the Trinity United Methodist Church and walk on over; we'll meet by the barn to begin the walk around the gardens and property. $10 per person, or talk with Jenny about trades.
