Field Trip Inquiry

A 50% deposit is required for booking purposes and is due 7 business days after an e-mail confirmation. Full payment for field trips is due 30 days after the issue of an invoice. In the case of unfavorable weather, we will provide you with an option to reschedule. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. All income received from field trips supports our operational costs that allows us to continue offering learning opportunities on our farm and also provides coverage for schools that express need of financial assistance. If you have multiple grade levels, please indicate how many students are in each one in order for us to better accommodate them. Tri Cycle Farms is not currently ADA compliant.
We understand this can change so please provide an estimated number for now. Exact head count will be confirmed two weeks prior to the field trip.
We require a minimum of two adult chaperones per field trip, a ratio of 1:5 for youth under the age of 12 and 1:10 for youth ages 13 and above. Adults should be at least 21 or older and be willing to participate in the programming for the day.
